About The Role
Join Webflow, a remote-first company dedicated to building the world's leading AI-native Digital Experience Platform. As a Staff DevOps Engineer, you'll define and drive the end-to-end deployment strategy, own and evolve the GitOps-based deployment platform, and establish best practices for CI/CD and release engineering. You'll also mentor engineers and influence teams through technical leadership and collaboration.
- Definir y dirigir la estrategia de implementación de Webflow, desde las canalizaciones de CI hasta el despliegue en producción.
- Poseer y evolucionar nuestra plataforma de implementación basada en GitOps (por ejemplo, ArgoCD, Argo Rollouts), asegurando escalabilidad, confiabilidad y facilidad de uso.
- Diseñar e implementar mecanismos de entrega progresiva seguros y progresivos (canary, blue/green, feature flags, rollback automatizado).
