Compliance Intern (Investment Services)

Join our Investment Services Compliance team as a Compliance Intern. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring. You will support our team in managing compliance with the German Securities Trading Act and BaFin's Minimum Requirements for the Compliance Function. You will also analyze client order execution, assist in evaluating regulatory obligations, and prepare compliance reports. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates with a strong interest in investment products and financial markets.

• Unterstützung des Teams bei der Verwaltung der Compliance, der Überwachung der regulatorischen Anforderungen und der Beratung zu unseren Anlageprodukten.
• Analyse der Ausführung von Kundenaufträgen, um die Marktintegrität und den Anlegerschutz im Einklang mit den Vorschriften zu gewährleisten.
• Mitwirkung bei der Bewertung der regulatorischen Verpflichtungen, der Verwaltung von Interessenkonflikten und der Erstellung von Compliance-Berichten.
• You are curious, proactive, and ready to take ownership of sub-projects with our guidance
• Initial exposure to financial markets, knowledge of investment products or familiarity with the Securities Trading Act/European regulations is a plus
• You have a strong interest in investment products and financial markets. You love breaking down complex topics and approach tasks with a structured, solution-oriented mindset
• Because we deal heavily with German regulations, you possess strong German language skills (B2-C1 preferred; B1 is acceptable if you have a strong background in the field)
• You are a student or recent graduate of Business Law, Law, Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable field and you are available for 4 to 12 months full-time internship in our Frankfurt or Berlin office
