Senior Partnerships Manager (DACH)

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner banks, ensuring smooth collaboration and shared success.
• Develop a deep understanding of each bank's requirements and align them with Raisin's platform, working closely with marketing and distribution teams.
• Contribute to key projects, from launching new savings products to supporting technical bank migrations, and play an active role in shaping how we deliver value.
• A growth mindset and willingness to be hands-on where needed
• 4+ years of experience in consulting, banking, or financial services, with a proven ability to manage senior stakeholders
• Excellent English and German communication skills, with the ability to influence at executive level
• Strong academic background in business, finance, economics, or similar
• Structured problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
