GTM Strategist

Join Aily as a GTM Strategist, where you will build the strategic foundation for scaling high-impact go-to-market motions and driving top-line growth. You will develop Aily's industry depth, strategically position our demo products, and collaborate across multiple business functions to sharpen our GTM messaging. • Develop Aily's industry depth, strategically position demo products, and sharpen GTM messaging.
• Own the quality of Aily's demo environments and experiences by translating complex product features into executive-ready narratives.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Business Impact, AI, Engineering, and Product teams to drive cross-functional collaboration and execution.
• 3+ / 5+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a GTM Strategy role within a technology company
• Attention to Detail: Track record of producing executive-ready output
• Familiarity with AI tools: Experience integrating AI tools and platforms into daily workflows and processes
• Communication & collaboration: Clear and confident communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences across multiple business functions
• Startup mindset & ownership: Comfortable with ambiguity, proactive, and accountable. You have the ability to take a vision and bring it to life
• Coding skills in Python and/or SQL, able to explore data, validate analyses, and work credibly alongside AI and engineering teams
• Experience working with AI, data, analytics, and/or enterprise SaaS products
• Experience building or scaling programs at a high-growth startup or scale-up
