Lead Data Scientist (BCN/MAD/Munich)

Join our global company as a Lead Data Scientist. In this role, you will design and implement end-to-end data pipelines, build and maintain data infrastructure components, and optimize data workflows. You will also mentor junior team members, communicate with stakeholders, and provide leadership for the Data Science team. This position offers a hybrid working model and a fast growth path. • Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines for multiple use cases with growing autonomy.
• Build and maintain data infrastructure components using modern data tools, and implement robust data quality frameworks.
• Lead simultaneous projects across multiple workstreams; shape product strategy with PM/Eng; manage risks and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
