MID AI/ML Engineer

As a MID AI/ML Engineer, you will be part of the AI Platform team, responsible for designing, building, and operating the shared AI/ML infrastructure that empowers business-critical decision-making for enterprise users. You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers, contribute to the productization of AI/ML models, and design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines. • Contribuir a la construcción y mantenimiento de sistemas y pipelines de ML (datos → modelo → implementación → monitoreo) con orientación de ingenieros de nivel medio/senior.
• Apoyar la productización de modelos de IA/ML y LLMs trabajando en APIs, infraestructura y aplicando las mejores prácticas de ingeniería de software.
• Colaborar con científicos de datos e ingenieros para entregar soluciones escalables, monitorear sistemas en producción y comunicar el progreso y los desafíos técnicos.
• 3+ years of experience

• Requirements: Solid AI/ML fundamentals, strong Python, APIs/K8s/Docker/Cloud experience, mentor junior team members on technical topics

• A strong collaborator who enjoys working with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Engineers, and can explain trade-offs and designs in simple terms
