Mid Data Scientist (BCN/MAD/Munich)

Join our team as a Mid Data Scientist and be at the forefront of AI-driven decision-making. You will work in one of four key areas of enterprise operations: Finance, Manufacturing & Supply Chain, Research & Development, or Cross-Functional. Your role will involve training models, understanding the business context, and driving measurable impact. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and contribute to app features. This is a fast-paced, hybrid working environment with a global company culture.

• Contribuir al desarrollo y la implementación de soluciones impulsadas por IA en diversas áreas de operaciones empresariales, asegurando que se aborden los problemas correctos y se utilicen los enfoques adecuados.
• Colaborar con equipos de finanzas, manufactura, cadena de suministro, investigación y desarrollo, y funciones transversales para optimizar la toma de decisiones y mejorar la eficiencia operativa mediante el uso de técnicas de aprendizaje automático y análisis de datos.
• Mentorizar a miembros junior del equipo en las mejores prácticas de ingeniería de datos y herramientas, y contribuir a la mejora continua de los modelos, las canalizaciones y los entregables.
• Mentor junior team members on data engineering best practices and tooling
• Implement robust data quality frameworks, monitoring, and alerting systems at scale
• Build and maintain data infrastructure components (streaming pipelines, transformations, APIs, catalogs) using modern data tools
• Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines (ingestion → transformation → quality → delivery) for multiple use cases with growing autonomy
• Optimize data workflows for cost, performance,e and reliability across multiple datasets
• Present results and findings to your team; identify gaps and learn to explain the product and the AI behind it
• Contribute to app features with guidance from mid/senior teammates; improve models, pipelines, and deliverables
• 3 years of experience & up
