Principal Data Scientist (Agents Team)

Join our team as a Principal Data Scientist, where you'll lead the development of AI-driven solutions that solve complex business challenges. You'll work at the intersection of business, analytics, and AI, ensuring that AI is applied in the right context and drives measurable impact. You'll also provide leadership for the Data Science team, mentor and manage team members, and drive impactful cross-functional delivery. This is a hybrid position with a global company culture and a fast growth path.

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of AI-driven solutions across multiple workstreams to address complex business challenges.
• Own the delivery of several projects, shaping the roadmap, scoping initiatives, managing dependencies and risks, and ensuring timely, high-quality releases.
• Provide leadership for the Data Science team, mentoring and managing team members, defining modeling and evaluation standards, and driving impactful cross-functional delivery.
• 7+ years of experience
• Someone with a startup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, proactive and hands-on when something needs fixing or improving
