Junior/MID Talent Acquisition Partner (BCN/MAD)

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing and engaging talent, conducting candidate screenings, and delivering an excellent candidate experience. You will also support employer branding initiatives, collaborate with the People team to improve recruiting processes, and stay informed about talent market trends. • Support and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across technical and business roles, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting within our ATS and recruiting tools, and collaborate with the People team to continuously improve recruiting processes.
• Interest in sourcing and talent attraction strategies
• Care about creating a positive candidate experience
• Communicate openly, thoughtfully, and with empathy
• Are curious about technology, AI, and fast-growing businesses
• Experience recruiting for technical, business, or go-to-market roles is a plus
• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, HR, or a related field
