Senior Software Engineer (Go, AI Resilience & Security Enhancements (Contract))

Join Form3, a leading cloud-native payments platform, as a Senior Software Engineer. In this contract role, you will focus on enhancing the security and resilience of our systems. You will design, build, and implement capabilities that improve security, trust, and resilience while supporting defined project outcomes. You will work in a collaborative engineering environment and apply your expertise in areas such as API security, cryptographic controls, AI governance, software supply chain security, and automated security tooling. • Conception, construction, and implementation of capabilities that enhance the security, trust, and resilience of systems.
• Application of expertise in areas such as API security, cryptographic controls, AI governance, software supply chain security, and automated security tooling.
• Collaboration with engineers, platform specialists, and security experts to deliver scalable, maintainable capabilities that can be embedded into the software development lifecycle.
• Deep understanding of designing and building distributed systems
• Great communication skills who enjoy sharing knowledge and collaborating with others
• Enjoys working on complex challenges within critical software where high performance and robustness are essential
• Interest in owning projects end-to-end and supporting them as they go live in production
• Experience with Go, along with a “right tool for the job” mentality
