Full Stack Software Engineer

Join Flock, a high-impact product team focused on redefining real estate investment for small businesses. As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll have autonomy over your projects, working across the entire stack and customer journey. You'll influence major product and engineering decisions, develop tools for the entire company, and help establish processes and code standards. This role requires 2-5 years of experience in building and delivering production-quality software systems, a collaborative mindset, and a bias to action.

• Concevoir, expédier et itérer sur les plateformes et outils qui alimentent l'échange et le fonds de Flock, de l'acquisition aux opérations de fonds.
• Prendre en charge les fonctionnalités de l'idée à la production, en travaillant directement avec le design et les opérations pour itérer et avancer rapidement.
• Influencer les décisions majeures en matière de produit et d'ingénierie, en façonnant la feuille de route et en établissant les processus, les normes de code et la culture qui permettent à l'ingénierie de se développer.

• Organized: Able to balance multiple projects and prioritize competing tasks
• Full-Stack Fluency: We use TypeScript, React, Node, GraphQL/Apollo, Go, Python, AWS (ECS/Beanstalk), and Salesforce (but we care more about range and speed than any specific tool)
• 2-5 years experience building and delivering production quality software systems. Strong candidates are expected to operate independently
• Ethical: Conduct business with the highest level of integrity and professionalism
• Collaborative: You default to an iterative approach to problem solving and work well with Product, Design, and non-technical teams across Sales, Ops, and Asset Management
• Bias to Action: You'd rather ship and iterate than wait for a perfect spec
• Eager to Grow: Learns unfamiliar areas fast, and leans on AI to move into them quickly
• Metrics-driven: Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proven track record of using data to measure success and inform decisions
