Business Analyst

Join our team as a Pega Business Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in delivering efficient and effective business processes using the Pega CRM Platform. You will work closely with various stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into high-quality functional requirements. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and improving end-to-end business processes, defining business requirements, optimizing customer journeys, and ensuring solutions meet regulatory and compliance requirements. You will also collaborate with technology teams, support user acceptance testing, and promote Agile working practices.

• Participer à la gestion du backlog du produit, à la planification des sprints, à l'estimation et à la révision des sprints.
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams, including backlog management, sprint planning, refinement, and UAT
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong requirements elicitation, user story writing, process modelling, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience analysing end-to-end customer journeys and business process improvement
• Experience using collaboration and process modelling tools such as Miro, Visio, or Figma
• Proven Business Analyst experience delivering CRM or customer lifecycle solutions within financial services
• Self-motivated with the ability to mentor junior Business Analysts
• Experience working with the Pega Platform or other CRM platforms
• Good understanding of the software development life cycle
• Understanding of APIs, XML, JSON, and system integrations
• Relevant Business Analysis, Agile, or Pega certifications
