FP&A Manager (12 month FTC)

Join CMC Markets as an FP&A Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is critical in driving financial planning, analysis, and decision support across the Group. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, own the annual budget and rolling forecast processes, produce monthly management reporting, act as a trusted advisor to business units, drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, and build strong relationships with Finance, Commercial, and operational teams. • Assumer la responsabilité du processus de budgétisation annuelle et de prévision, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les responsables d'entreprise pour garantir l'exactitude et l'alignement commercial.
• Produire et améliorer continuellement le pack de reporting mensuel de gestion, y compris l'analyse des écarts et les commentaires sur les KPI pour le conseil d'administration.
• Agir en tant que conseiller de confiance pour les unités commerciales, en fournissant des défis financiers et un soutien, et en traduisant les données financières en informations exploitables pour les parties prenantes non financières.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
• Experience within financial services or a trading environment
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong experience in FP&A, commercial finance or related roles
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with BI tools
• Experience supporting strategic projects or transformation initiatives
