About The Role

Join CMC Markets, a rapidly evolving financial services company, as a Front Office Programme Manager. In this onsite role, you will lead the delivery of complex engineering initiatives, work closely with engineering managers and technical leads, and establish clear delivery governance. You will also champion Agile delivery practices, improve delivery processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced delivery manager who enjoys working with highly technical engineering teams in a fast-paced front office environment.

Lead the delivery of complex, cross-team engineering initiatives from planning through to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple teams, driving timely resolution and facilitating planning and prioritization discussions.
Champion Agile delivery practices, coaching teams in Scrum, Kanban, and Lean ways of working to improve predictability and delivery flow.
Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence and delivery reporting tools
Experience managing dependencies, risks and delivery roadmaps across multiple teams
A proactive, collaborative approach with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong technical understanding, allowing you to engage confidently with software engineers, architects and quantitative teams without being hands-on
Experience working in Front Office technology, Financial Services or another highly regulated environment is highly desirable
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve quickly
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Experience leading Agile delivery across Scrum, Kanban or scaled Agile environments
Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Technical Delivery Manager or Agile Delivery Lead, delivering complex software initiatives across multiple engineering teams
