Player Experience Intern

As a Player Experience Intern, you'll support our global community of football and sports fans, develop customer operations skills, and collaborate with various teams to enhance the player experience. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

• Support players through our ticketing platform, providing thoughtful, accurate, and empathetic assistance.
• Investigate account-related issues using internal tools and administrative systems, and help players resolve questions related to gameplay, accounts, payments, trades, and platform features.
• Identify bugs, recurring issues, and player pain points, and communicate them clearly to the relevant teams, while partnering with Product teams by sharing player feedback.
