Fund Accounting & Reporting Analyst (Real Estate Investments)

As a Fund Accounting & Reporting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in overseeing fund administration functions, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and collaborating with various teams. You will interact with external contacts, coordinate fund-level invoices, and assist with investor-related reporting. A strong background in accounting and real estate is preferred.

• Provide support to ensure the timely and accurate reporting of financial deliverables from fund administrators to clients and various RREEF teams.
• Review monthly accounting close packages, quarterly financing statements, and annual audit reports for select real estate vehicles.
• Coordinate approval and payment of fund level invoices with fund administrator, and prioritize and track various calendar deliverables across multiple real estate vehicles.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Four-year college degree required with a concentration in accounting or related business field
• Motivated, self-started with the ability to problem solve
• Real estate accounting knowledge in fair market value and historical cost method preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in public accounting and/or real estate accounting position
• CPA preferred
• Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
