Private Capital Markets Associate

Join our team as a Private Capital Markets Associate, where you will lead end-to-end execution of complex transaction processes, support origination by identifying high-conviction opportunities, and produce high-impact marketing materials and transaction documentation. You will need a strong analytical and quantitative skillset, advanced financial modeling capabilities, and a demonstrated interest in new industries and technology trends.

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex transaction processes and coordinate workstreams across stakeholders.
• Support origination by identifying high-conviction opportunities and building a differentiated investor network.
• Produce high-impact marketing materials and transaction documentation, tailored to senior client engagement.
• Demonstrated track record in transaction execution and strong project management capabilities
• Proven experience in venture capital / private equity, technology, media & telecommunications corporate finance or Merges & Acquisitions is advantageous, but not essential
• Ability to operate effectively under pressure, coordinating large, cross‑functional teams to deliver pitches and execute transactions
• Strong analytical and quantitative skillset, with advanced financial modelling capabilities
• A demonstrated interest in new industries, technology trends and the broader venture capital and emerging economy ecosystem
• Highly motivated self‑starter with a strong commitment to integrity, professionalism, and teamwork
