Product & Solutions Analyst

Join Deutsche Bank as a Product & Solutions Analyst, where you will support multiple trust officers in the administration of trust and estate accounts. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and monitoring trust accounts, preparing transaction processing cases, assisting with client communication, reviewing legal documentation, and interfacing with clients and attorneys. A bachelor's degree is required, along with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Support multiple trust officers in the administration of trust and estate accounts, including account opening, maintenance, and closing.
• Work with private bankers, portfolio management, and operations in the management of trust accounts, and prepare Deutsche Bank Force cases for transaction processing.
• Assist officers in preparation of client communication and internal memorandum, and research and remedy client inquiries and issues.
• General understanding of trusts & estates and excellent Microsoft skills Ability to handle sensitive materials and information with discretion
• Bachelor’s degree required (Finance/ Business Management preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal skills; well-developed oral and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize work, demonstrating flexibility when handling multiple tasks and timely decision making
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal team
