Risk Management Support

Join our dynamic Risk and Supervisory team as a Risk Management Support. In this full-time, on-site role, you will collaborate with Relationship Managers, Compliance, and Legal experts to solve complex challenges and deliver best-in-class client experiences. Your expertise in analyzing non-financial risks will directly impact how we serve clients across borders and report risk information to senior management. You will be responsible for producing non-financial risk reports, deriving DBS RCSA inputs, and contributing to the determination of important business services and operational resilience aspects. A strong background in non-financial risk within private banking and excellent analytical skills are required.

• Producing non-financial risk reports for management oversight and regulatory compliance.
• Analyzing non-financial risks and contributing to the determination of Important Business Services and Operational Resilience aspects.
• Collaborating with Relationship Managers, Compliance, and Legal experts to solve complex challenges and deliver best-in-class client experiences.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages (e.g., French, German) are an advantage
• 2+ years in Non-Financial Risk within Private Banking, with strong knowledge of IT skills (specifically Excel) banking documentation and regulations
• Working knowledge of other basic Microsoft tools (Word) with deep knowledge of Power Point is a strong advantage
• Outstanding analytical skills to assess and interpret complex excel files
• Solid understanding of private banking products, services and international regulatory requirements
• Excellent problem-solving skills, multitasking, attention to detail and accuracy, with strong teamwork and organizational skills, with ability to work under strict deadlines
