Vice President of Investment Banking & Capital Markets Banker (Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging and Leisure)

Join our dynamic team as a Vice President of Investment Banking & Capital Markets Banker, specializing in Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging, and Leisure. In this pivotal role, you will lead and execute high-profile transactions, work closely with senior leadership and clients, and manage the execution of live transactions. You will apply advanced financial and analytical methods to evaluate and execute mergers and acquisitions, debt financings, and equity raising transactions. Additionally, you will foster relationships with various product teams and stay up to date with sector trends and transactions.

• Lead and manage the execution of live transactions, including preparation of detailed presentations and memoranda.
• Apply advanced financial, economic, quantitative, and qualitative methods to evaluate and execute merger & acquisitions, debt financings, and equity raising transactions.
• Coordinate and review analytical work of junior bankers to move marketing and execution processes forward, and with maximum impact.
• Proven experience in deal execution providing quantitative and analytical support for M&A and capital markets transactions (IPOs, equity follow-ons, investment grade and leverage finance debt offerings) in the REGLL sector
• Minimum of 5 years investment banking experience in the REGLL department of a bulge bracket investment bank or boutique advisory firm
• Bachelors degree (advanced degree preferred)
• Experience supporting senior bankers across all stages of a transaction lifecycle, including pitching and bake off, preparing marketing materials and financial models and deal execution
• Strong modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Team player mentality and ability to effectively interact with a wide variety of internal groups and clients
• Driven and highly motivated with and a passion for finance and the ability to manage multiple processes
• Series 79, 63 licensing preferred
