Global HSE Lead

Join Kramp, a leading company in the agricultural market for parts. As the Global HSE/DG Lead, you will be the technical authority for occupational health & safety and Dangerous Goods compliance across our EU and international distribution network. You will work closely with various teams to ensure compliance with EU directives and regulations, and help build a strong safety culture across multiple countries.

• As the Global HSE Lead, you will serve as the technical authority for occupational health & safety and Dangerous Goods (DG) across the EU and international distribution network. You will work closely with various teams to interpret legislation, assess risks, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with EU occupational health and safety standards, including REACH, CLP, and Seveso III, and for running EU-wide safety audits.
• You will act as the Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor (DGSA) for ADR, IMDG, and IATA, ensuring correct DG product classification, shipment labeling, and transport documentation.
