About The Role

Join Kramp, a leading company in the agricultural market for parts. As the On-Time Delivery Process Optimization Lead, you will be responsible for improving delivery reliability and operational efficiency across our 10 warehouses in Europe. You will own the end-to-end On-Time Delivery process, manage projects, define business requirements, and engage stakeholders. Analyser, identify, and implement opportunities to improve processes, practices, and procedures, driving continuous improvement and innovation using structured methodologies.
Own the end-to-end On-Time Delivery (OTD) process across inbound, outbound, transport, and customer satisfaction, ensuring alignment, consistency, and adherence to standards across all touchpoints.
Manage projects of varying size and complexity, including scope, timelines, quality, risks, dependencies, and issue escalation to ensure successful delivery.
