About The Role

Join Silvus, a fast-growing technology company, as an Administrative Assistant for Legal and Compliance. In this role, you will provide dedicated administrative and operational support to the Director of Legal and the broader Legal and Compliance team. Your responsibilities will include managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, tracking expenses, and handling various administrative tasks. You will work in a dynamic environment and have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the company.

  • Gérer les calendriers complexes et la planification pour le Directeur juridique et les membres de l'équipe juridique et de conformité.
  • Coordonner les voyages, les itinéraires et la logistique pour les voyages d'affaires, les réunions et les engagements externes.
  • Gérer le suivi des dépenses, la réconciliation et la documentation administrative avec un haut degré de précision.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace applications
  • Highly responsive, resourceful, and quick to learn, with strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated growth mindset
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented and execution-focused, with the ability to deliver high-quality work and earn trust quickly
  • Strong judgment and discretion, with the ability to operate independently while knowing when to escalate or seek input
  • Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
  • All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug test
  • 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or similarly dynamic environment
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts
  • Able to move quickly with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
  • Ability to triage requests, prioritize them based on business impact and exercise keen judgment to escalate issues appropriately
  • Ability to maintain and manage schedules: Tracking obligations, expirations and compliance documentation
  • Cross-functional Communication and Business Judgment: Communicate clearly and concisely with non-legal stakeholders
  • Primary preferred qualification: Contracting and Document control - demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, detailed sensitive legal workflows
  • Lift up to 20 lbs
