About The Role
Join Silvus Technologies as a Human Resources Generalist, where you will play a key role in delivering effective HR support across the company. You will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions, focusing on compliance and employee relations. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately. You will work closely with Silvus leadership and support the Operations team in both West Los Angeles and Salt Lake City, UT.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for HRBP inquiries, analyzing issues and providing guidance consistent with company policy and employment laws.
- Partner with the Senior Human Resources Generalist on the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure compliance and a consistent employee experience.
- Oversee the maintenance and integrity of personnel records to ensure compliance, data accuracy, and adherence to recordkeeping policies.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, successful handling of multiple deadlines, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced HR environment

- Strong attention to detail, coupled with a high-level work ethic, and an ability to work independently

- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills for a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite software programs
- All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug test
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills with a strong initiative toward resourcefulness
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts
- Demonstrated ability to independently and proactively problem-solve with strong critical thinking skills
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years of solid experience in human resources, preferably in a business partner capacity
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with multi-state, non-exempt employee population
- Experience with Utah state labor laws, compliance, and regulations
