Senior Software Engineer (Frontend, TypeScript)

Join the Avigilon Alta Video UI team as a Senior Software Engineer. You will be responsible for analyzing, developing, designing, and maintaining software for our mission-critical infrastructure. You will work with a modern tech stack, including Vue 3, Pinia, TypeScript, and Go, and will have the opportunity to contribute to CI/CD pipelines and leverage Firebase services for rapid feature deployment. • Analyzes, develops, designs, and maintains software for the organization’s products and systems.
• Architects and implements complex state management patterns and robust API integrations to support a scaling ecosystem.
• Optimizes delivery by contributing to CI/CD pipelines and leveraging Firebase services for rapid, reliable feature deployment.
• Complex Logic & State: Proven ability to manage intricate application states and data flows (e.g., Pinia, Vuex, or Redux)
• Engineering Mindset: A strong foundation in design patterns and the ability to drive architectural changes across a large codebase
• Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a heavy focus on modern frontend architecture
• Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and modern CSS/HTML
• API & Infrastructure: Deep understanding of consuming RESTful APIs and hands-on experience with Firebase and CI/CD workflows
• Collaboration: Demonstrated team player skills and a willingness to mentor others
• Global Architecture: Passion for architecting scalable frontend systems that impact a global community of users
