Senior Technical Program Manager

Join our Video Security & Access Control (VS&A) Engineering organization as a Senior Technical Program Manager. In this high-impact role, you will drive the execution of complex, cross-functional programs that define the future of physical security. You will report directly to the AVP of Engineering and serve as a strategic partner to engineering leadership. Your responsibilities will include program lifecycle management, strategic alignment, risk mitigation, technical problem solving, stakeholder communication, and process excellence.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex programs, managing dependencies across hardware, embedded software, cloud, and mobile teams.
• Work closely with the AVP of Engineering and Product Management to translate business strategy into actionable technical milestones and execution plans.
• Proactively identify technical bottlenecks, resource constraints, and cross-functional dependencies. Develop mitigation strategies to keep programs on track.
• Domain Expertise: Proven track record in one or more of the following: Physical Security (VMS/ACS), IoT, Embedded Systems, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), or AI/Video Analytics
• Execution Focus: Expert-level knowledge of SDLC and hardware development cycles. You know how to get things done in a fast-paced, global organization
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering Leadership, specifically within a product development environment
• Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
• Strategic Thinking: Experience working directly with executive-level leadership (VP/AVP level) to align engineering output with business goals
