About The Role

Join our team as an Intermediate Software Developer, where you will play a key role in the development and maintenance of our Avigilon Unity Video Products. You will provide hands-on technical leadership, mentor team members, and uphold rigorous standards for software development and quality. Participating in the development and maintenance of complex, large-scale, public-facing applications and APIs.
Providing hands-on technical leadership in new product development and maintenance activities, including design, architecture, implementation, and user support.
Defining and executing the direction for build pipelines, containerization, DevOps tooling, and test automation.
Experience working in a large code base
Extensive experience in C++
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related
Experience working with databases (Berkeley, Postgres)
2+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
Experience developing cloud applications in Azure
Knowledge of CI/CD, test automation, and DevOps
Successful delivery of a large-scale public-facing application
