• Leading and building high performing teams of software developers from graduate to senior level, coaching, mentoring, and encouraging career development.
• Working with the teams to promote engineering best practices, driving a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborating with the wider organization to achieve our strategic objectives, working closely with the product team to champion the balance between short and long term objectives.
• Track record of your teams delivering on time
• A natural ability to inspire and motivate
• Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI tools for optimizing engineering processes and team performance
• Knowledge of modern software development lifecycles (SDLC)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Cloud and/or DevOps experience on a product with a large customer base and global reach
• Passionate about CI/CD and release trains, delivering a regular cadence of features and quality improvements
• Drive for continual learning
