Associate General Counsel (Revenue)

Join Flock, a rapidly growing company in the technology sector, as the Associate General Counsel (Revenue). In this role, you will lead the revenue legal team, partner closely with GTM executives, and optimize the end-to-end commercial contracting framework. You will actively negotiate complex customer agreements, advise cross-functional business partners on transaction structuring and risk mitigation, and drive operational efficiency across contracting workflows. This is a hands-on position that requires extensive legal experience in technology and commercial contracts.

• Lead and manage the revenue legal team, providing guidance and support to transactional attorneys responsible for customer agreements.
• Serve as the primary legal escalation lead for Sales, Finance, and Customer Success, negotiating complex public-sector and commercial transactions.
• Partner with Legal Operations to design, update, and deploy contract templates, playbooks, negotiation guidance, and self-service business resources.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain legal concepts to non-legal business partners and customers
• Demonstrated capability partnering with business teams to structure deals, manage risk, and resolve contract questions under tight deadlines
• Active license to practice law and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Extensive legal experience leading, negotiating, and drafting complex technology and commercial contracts spanning public-sector and private commercial customers
• Prior in-house legal experience supporting a SaaS or technology company is a plus
• Proven track record managing, coaching, and developing a team of transactional attorneys
