About The Role

Join Flock, a company focused on delivering custom video management software with extremely low latency. As a Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack), you will lead frontend architecture, build responsive web applications, and engineer high-definition live video interfaces. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and backend engineering teams to deliver user-centric video capabilities. This role requires deep frontend application capability, but prior specialized video domain expertise is not necessary.

Architect and execute frontend web applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js for Flock's custom Video Management Software.
Build low-latency, interactive live video playback features and real-time alert dashboards across client platforms.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and backend engineering teams to deliver user-centric video capabilities.
Capability to diagnose and implement UI performance optimizations across data-heavy, real-time web applications
Practical understanding of web API design and client-server communication
Demonstrated frontend development experience with deep mastery of React, TypeScript, and Node.js web services
Resourceful problem-solving mindset with a commitment to continuous learning in fast-paced software environments
Working familiarity with cloud tooling and containerized services using AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes
