About The Role
Join Compass as a Culture & Events Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in agent recognition and retention. You'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events and community involvement initiatives, while maintaining a positive and upbeat tone. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be key in managing multiple events and priorities simultaneously.
- Plan, coordinate, execute, and ensure the overall success of Compass events and community involvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement detailed timelines to ensure all events are executed efficiently and effectively, while handling multiple events and priorities simultaneously.
- Manage agent recognition and retention efforts by assisting with Compass recognition awards, social hours, agent appreciation events, and other key initiatives.
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- The ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- High stress tolerance is required
- Problem-solver and thoughtful decision-making skills
- Impeccable integrity and strong work ethic
- Highly efficient and always looking for ways to improve processes
- Proficiency in Google Applications including Gmail and Sheets is required
- Minimum of two years of event management experience and/or customer service experience
- Access to reliable transportation with space to transport equipment
- Strong, professional communication skills (written and verbal) with a customer service focus
- Trustworthy and discreet with confidential information
- Willingness to travel for events across Colorado
- Experience working with established brands is a plus
- Attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced, high volume environment
