Director of Enterprise Communications

Join Compass International Holdings as the Director of Enterprise Communications. In this strategic and collaborative role, you will shape the company's communication of its most important priorities, translating business strategy into clear and compelling communications that engage and align employees across the enterprise. You will partner with senior leaders, lead communications for major company milestones, and continuously improve communication strategies. The ideal candidate has 9+ years of experience in internal communications, executive communications, or a related corporate communications field.

• Partner with senior executives and business leaders to develop strategic communications that advance company priorities.
• Lead communications for major company milestones, organizational updates, product launches, leadership announcements, and employee initiatives.
• Continuously improve how we communicate by identifying new approaches, including AI-enabled solutions, that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and employee engagement.
• The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor who can simplify complex ideas, build strong cross-functional relationships, and deliver communications that drive alignment and engagement across the organization
• Success in this role requires sound judgment, strong business acumen, and exceptional communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• Real estate industry experience is a bonus, but not required
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools is a plus
• A positive, proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience supporting executive leadership at a high-growth, publicly traded, or Fortune 500 company
• 9+ years of experience in internal communications, executive communications, or a related corporate communications field
• Proven track record of developing and implementing high-impact communications strategies that support a wide range of business objectives
