Internal Communications Lead

Join Compass International Holdings as an Internal Communications Lead. In this influential role, you will develop and execute enterprise-wide internal communications strategies, support major company announcements, and project manage communications initiatives. You will also partner with cross-functional teams, enable people leaders with tools and guidance, and evaluate and implement AI-enabled tools to enhance internal communications workflows. A bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of experience in internal communications or a related field are required.

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide internal communications strategies that support company priorities, business objectives, and ongoing initiatives.
• Support major company announcements, product launches, integration milestones, with thoughtful communication plans and supporting materials.
• Project manage communications initiatives and requests, including creating project briefs, establishing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are properly reviewed.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and an editorial eye for all written copy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• Real estate industry experience is a bonus, but not required
• 4-6 years of experience in internal communications, executive communications, or a related corporate communications field
