About The Role

Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Manager, where you will lead the Client Appreciation Program, manage brand boutique and inventory operations, develop promotional materials, oversee product lifecycle management, and assist with event logistics and execution. You will also manage the department budget, provide cross-departmental support, and oversee the annual recognition awards process.   • Lead the end-to-end Client Appreciation Program, including strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, creative asset development, multi-channel campaign rollouts, inventory logistics & fulfilment, and financial administration.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels across multiple warehouses by coordinating replenishment, conducting regular audits & reports, and overseeing warehouse integrity, for @properties, CIRE, and all affiliates of both brands.
  • Drive the creative lifecycle of new promotional items, from market research, vendor negotiation, and artwork approval to web integration. Oversee seamless distribution and internal communication strategies.

  • A Master of Execution – Experience leading large-scale rollouts and projects from concept to completion, including delegation and resource management

  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • A high energy, action-oriented, hands-on, and talented individual who thinks both strategically and executes well
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design or related discipline with measurable experience in marketing strategies and the creative process
  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • 5+ years marketing experience, ability to build and maintain strong internal relationships; ability to meet deadlines and prioritize to manage multiple projects and meet multiple deadlines at once
  • Experience in a real estate related or agency environment, a plus
