Recruiter (Contract)

Join Compass as a Contract Recruiter and drive the company's talent acquisition strategy across various departments. You will manage the full recruitment life cycle, proactively source candidates, and promote the company's brand. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of recruiting experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.

• Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement effective sourcing and recruiting strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, reviewing resumes, coordinating screenings and interviews.
• Proactively source candidates through various channels and promote the company's brand to attract qualified candidates.
• Must be able to multi-task and manage a robust/full pipeline with efficiency and constant attention
• Experience managing candidate pipelines
• B.A. or B.S. with a strong academic record
• Considerable skill in interviewing techniques
• Knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse or Oracle is a plus)
• 3+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
• High level of interpersonal skills and strong ability to engage both active and passive candidates
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
