Recruiter (Contract)

Join Compass as a Contract Recruiter and drive the company's talent acquisition strategy across various departments. You will manage the full recruitment life cycle, proactively source candidates, and promote the company's brand. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of recruiting experience, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills.

• Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement effective sourcing and recruiting strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, reviewing resumes, coordinating screenings and interviews.
• Proactively source candidates through various channels and promote the company's brand to attract qualified candidates.
• B.A. or B.S. with a strong academic record
• Considerable skill in interviewing techniques
• Experience managing candidate pipelines
• High level of interpersonal skills and strong ability to engage both active and passive candidates
• Must be able to multi-task and manage a robust/full pipeline with efficiency and constant attention
• 3+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse or Oracle is a plus)
