Software Engineer (Mobile, iOS)

Join Compass, a leading real estate technology company, as an iOS Engineer. In this role, you will contribute to building a mobile platform that enhances the home buying and selling experience. You will work closely with other engineers, product, and design teams to deliver high-quality features and drive engineering-led initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of professional iOS development experience, a strong understanding of Swift and modern development practices, and a passion for creating user-friendly products.

• Contribuer à la conception, à la planification et à la priorisation des fonctionnalités en collaboration avec les autres ingénieurs et les équipes Produit et Design.
• Construire de manière autonome des composants et livrer des fonctionnalités tout en respectant les meilleures pratiques d'ingénierie logicielle.
• Travailler avec d'autres ingénieurs pour faire progresser notre plateforme, en concevant des initiatives dirigées par l'ingénierie qui garantissent une efficacité opérationnelle élevée.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
• 2+ years of professional iOS development experience using Swift and shipping apps to the App Store, including familiarity with modern Swift development practices, such as SwiftUI, Swift Concurrency. Exposure to reactive programming frameworks is a plus
• Ability to collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering stakeholders to implement solutions which surprise and delight our customers
• BS in CS or equivalent practical experience
• A keen eye for design and attention to detail. The products you build should not merely be functional but should also be well-crafted and user-friendly
• Knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals and iOS design patterns and best practices
• Experience integrating with RESTful backend services
