As an Operations Analyst, you'll play a key role in the development of papernest energía, impacting our B2C customers directly. Your responsibilities will include designing automation initiatives, leading retention and loyalty efforts, managing debt recovery strategy, and building performance dashboards. You will work closely with various cross-functional teams and have a direct impact on key business KPIs.

• Design and own end-to-end automation & AI-driven initiatives to reduce churn and improve customer satisfaction.
• Lead retention & loyalty initiatives with the goal of extending customer lifetime value.
• Define and manage the debt recovery strategy, including payment plans and cash collection agency performance.
