Senior Technical Product Manager (Integrations)

Join Ottimate as a Senior Technical Product Manager (Integrations) and take ownership of ERP integrations, ensuring our platform is a trusted system of record for our customers. You'll work closely with integration engineers, write detailed specifications, and drive platform consolidation. You'll also own the go-to-market strategy for our integrations and be responsible for shipping major releases. This is a senior individual-contributor role that requires a strong technical background and experience in product management.

• Own the ERP integrations roadmap, including flagship ERPs and legacy long-tail portfolio, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
• Drive platform consolidation by migrating legacy customer-specific integrations onto a modern integration platform, ensuring a seamless transition for customers.
• Collaborate with integration engineers to write detailed integration and data-mapping specifications, ensuring technical accuracy and clarity.
• Experience with B2B SaaS. Fintech, AP/AR, accounting, or ERP-adjacent products strongly preferred
• Genuinely technical. You know REST and SOAP, authentication and token handling, pagination and rate limits, webhooks, idempotency and retry behavior, and file-based integration patterns. You can read an API payload or an error log and form your own hypothesis before escalating — and you write specs an engineer doesn't have to reinterpret
• Hands-on experience with multiple ERPs — Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Acumatica, QuickBooks, Sage, or comparable mid-market systems. Not "I've integrated with one," but a working sense of how several of them differ in data model, terminology, and constraints
• Real accounts payable and accounting domain depth. You understand the AP lifecycle end to end, GL coding, chart of accounts and dimension structures, AP subledger versus GL, accruals, the month-end close calendar, and why a posting period matters. You can hold your own in a conversation with a controller
• 5+ years in product management, with meaningful ownership of integrations, platform, or API products
• Analytical rigor. You instrument, measure, and let data settle debates. Comfortable pulling your own numbers rather than waiting on a request
• You like working with engineers. Daily standups, design discussions, debugging sessions. You'd rather be in the details with the team than managing them from a roadmap document
• Product go-to-market experience. You've taken integrations or platform features to market — positioning, release communications, sales and support enablement, partner or marketplace launches
• Background as an ERP implementation consultant, AP manager, controller, or solutions architect before moving into product
• Familiarity with iPaaS or accounting-aggregation layers (Agave, Codat, Rutter) and where they help versus where they get in the way
• Experience with ISV partner programs and certifications — Built for NetSuite, Microsoft AppSource, Sage Intacct Marketplace, Intuit
• Purchase order and procurement depth — two-way and three-way match, receipts, subcontracts, drop-ship flows
• Multi-entity, multi-location, or hospitality-vertical accounting complexity
• Experience retiring legacy systems while migrating live customers onto a new platform
• Prior use of AI tooling to move faster on specs, data analysis, and documentation — we lean on it heavily here
