Operations Associate

Join Parallel, a growing startup in the AI and healthcare operations space. As an Operations Associate, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to support client project management, build operational processes, and conduct customer and internal analytics. This is an opportunity to make a strategic impact on the company's operations and gain hands-on experience across various areas.

• Support onboarding and follow-up with customers to ensure smooth adoption, and answer questions to provide a top-tier customer experience.
• Help build scalable customer success processes and set up tools and routines to monitor client satisfaction and usage.
• Leverage data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities, and contribute to defining Operations priorities.

What we are looking for

• 2-4 years of experience, ideally in startup, consulting or project management.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with data and structured problem-solving.
• You thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Interested in product-driven companies, AI, or healthcare operations.
• Excellent communication skills in French (our clients are French hospitals so far).
