Customer Support Engineer

Join Stackline as a Customer Support Engineer, where you'll provide functional and technical support to troubleshoot, document, and resolve issues for our software tools. You'll act as a subject matter expert on Stackline's suite of products and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with other teams, technical support for customers, and contributing to knowledge base articles and self-help resources. • Provide functional and technical support to troubleshoot, document, and resolve issues for Stackline customers using our software tools.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Stackline's suite of products and services to address internal and external requests to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Work cross-functionally with other Stackline teams such as Product Development, Sales, and Marketing as needed to address customer needs effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities at the same time
• CRM and Microsoft Suite experience
• Comfortable writing scripts and automating tasks (e.g., Python, SQL, or similar); no formal computer science background required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and effectively
• Ability to query databases and interpret logs to diagnose technical issues
• Works well in a team environment and independently
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and troubleshooting skills
• Prior experience in a product support or technical support role working with enterprise customers
