Project Manager Intern – AI Image Production (Studio AI)

Join Kleep, a fast-growing startup in the generative AI space. As a Project Manager Intern for our AI Image Production line, you'll take ownership of the production pipeline, coordinate with external editors and retouchers, and ensure quality control. This is a hands-on, highly organizational role that offers real ownership and immediate impact.

• Gérer la plateforme Studio au quotidien, planifier et coordonner les sessions d'images pour plusieurs clients.
• Recruter, briefer et gérer les éditeurs et retoucheurs externes, diriger le processus d'édition.
• Assurer le contrôle qualité des images produites, fournir des retours précis jusqu'à ce que chaque actif soit prêt.

What matters most is how you work, not what's on your CV. Experience is a plus, not a requirement.

• Extremely organized and structured (the most important thing): you turn chaos into clear plans, checklists, and timelines, and nothing slips through the cracks.
• You learn fast and onboard quickly: you can pick up a new platform and understand it deeply in days, not weeks.
• You have management skills and can coordinate people, briefs, and deadlines without dropping a ball.
• You take responsibility: when something can be improved, you say so and you drive the fix.
• Excellent written English (essential): the whole job runs on clear, detailed written communication with the editing team. French is a strong plus given our French-speaking clients, but not required.
• You have an eye for detail and visual quality: you can spot when an image looks off rather than like a real photoshoot.
• You're curious about AI and excited to work hands-on with generative image tools.
• Image editing experience is a real bonus (but not required): any hands-on experience with Photoshop or AI image generation (Nano Banana, ComfyUI, Generative Fill, Stable Diffusion, prompting) helps you brief and guide the editing team better.

Availability: this is a full-time, on-site internship in Paris (not an alternance). You need to be available every working day, with no rotating school schedule, because production runs on client deadlines.
