Customer Success Associate

Join Kinetic as a Customer Success Associate, where you will play a crucial role in the invoicing and billing process for our clients in the automotive industry. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Ideal candidates will have experience in a client-facing invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable role within the automotive industry, along with proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Excel.

• Proficiency in using billing software and Microsoft Excel

• Proven experience in a client-facing invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable role within the automotive industry
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong understanding of billing processes, automotive industry standards, and accounting principles
• Adaptability and a willingness to work with evolving processes and systems
• Ideal: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and NetSuite, along with industry software such as CCC or Mitchell
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges
