About The Role
Join Kinetic ID as an Enterprise Account Executive, where you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the U.S. and Canada. This role involves building and converting a pipeline of enterprise opportunities, engaging key decision-makers, coordinating pilots, and driving commercial deployment. You will work closely with Kinetic's product, operations, and executive teams to bring new carriers onto the platform and create a repeatable sales motion for future deployments.

- Interest in automotive technology, insurance claims, ADAS, AI, and the future of vehicle repair
- Experience selling SaaS, data products, insurance technology, automotive technology, claims technology, or other B2B enterprise software
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage many prospects, pilots, meetings, next steps, and internal workstreams at the same time
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, including demonstrated experience carrying a revenue quota and owning opportunities through negotiation and close
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain a technical product in a clear, business-oriented way
- Comfort selling into complex organizations with multiple stakeholders, long sales cycles, pilots, procurement reviews, legal reviews, and security requirements
- High attention to detail, especially when coordinating pilots, tracking customer feedback, and supporting contract processes
- Strong ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders while also managing operational details with day-to-day users and pilot teams
- Experience selling products that require a pilot or proof-of-concept before enterprise deployment
- Familiarity with claims estimating platforms such as CCC, Mitchell, or Audatex
- Experience selling to insurance carriers, claims organizations, auto physical damage teams, or collision repair stakeholders
- Experience working with legal, procurement, information security, and compliance teams during enterprise sales cycles
- Existing relationships across the insurance, claims, collision repair, or insurtech ecosystem
