HR Generalist

Join our team as an HR Generalist, where you will support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities, coordinate onboarding experiences, maintain HR systems, and assist with recruiting efforts. • Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
• Coordinate and execute seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, and help administer and maintain HR systems.
• Support People programs and initiatives including performance cycles, engagement surveys, compliance activities, and internal communications.
• Self-starter who enjoys taking ownership while asking thoughtful questions and continuously learning
• Eager to apply emerging AI tools to revamp HR processes—from drafting policies and talent sourcing to automating employee engagement initiatives
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience working with HRIS platforms (ADP and Greenhouse a major plus!)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Highly collaborative with a customer-service mindset and a passion for creating outstanding employee experiences
• Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly as business needs evolve
• Approximately 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, People Operations, HR Administration, or a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with HR reporting or basic HR analytics
• Experience supporting recruiting or talent acquisition processes
• Experience planning employee events or engagement initiatives
• Experience working in a fast-growing startup or technology company
• Exposure to process improvement or systems implementation projects
