As a Growth Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing marketing programs across various channels, ensuring alignment and efficiency across teams.   • Own project management for marketing programs across lifecycle/CRM, acquisition, brand, creative, content, social, and partnerships.
  • Coordinate, prioritize, and manage multiple concurrent campaigns and initiatives involving many internal and external stakeholders.
  • Establish a clear operating rhythm (planning cycles, stand-ups, roadmaps, intake) that keeps PDEM teams in sync on shared priorities.
  • We’re looking for a problem solver and a self-starter who can look at every stage of a project and think critically about how to achieve the best results through strong processes and a smart, integrated approach
  • Being a genuinely collaborative person who enjoys working with other people is just as important as the operational skill set
  • Expert working knowledge of project management tools (such as Jira, Asana, Monday, Trello, or similar)
  • Ability to influence teammates who have different perspectives, priorities, and working styles
  • Prior experience working as a project or program manager, ideally within or alongside marketing teams
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a must
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to build and improve processes that increase efficiency across multiple teams
  • A get-things-done, go-getter attitude with a positive, hands-on mentality
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional work across teams such as Product, Data, Engineering, Creative, or Marketing
  • Experience in fintech, investing, or subscription-based products
