Social Content Manager

• Own and execute Stash's organic social strategy across multiple platforms, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the brand's voice and engages the target audience, while tracking goals for growth and engagement.
• Create original content, including shooting, editing, and writing, while staying up-to-date with platform trends and culture.
• We're looking for someone who is fluent in social media, has a strong point of view on what makes content engaging, and is comfortable being both the strategist and the person behind the camera
• We're looking for someone who thinks like a strategist and works like a creator. You understand what makes people stop scrolling, and you're just as comfortable writing a content strategy as you are shooting and editing a video yourself. You believe organic social is a real growth lever, not an afterthought
• Experience sourcing, briefing, and managing outside creators or talent, including budget management
• 5+ years of experience running organic social for a brand
• Experience developing and executing a social content strategy, not just posting to one
• Strong portfolio of content you've personally shot, written, and/or edited
• Sharp instincts with a clear point of view on what's working in social and why
• Basic motion graphics or editing skills beyond native app tools
• Familiarity with social listening and performance analytics tools
• Experience in fintech, consumer finance, or another regulated industry
• A curiosity and familiarity with AI tools that can help streamline and improve processes
