Engineering Manager - Apps

Join Trainline, Europe's number one downloaded rail app, as an Engineering Manager in the App Platform team. You'll lead a talented group of iOS and Android engineers, shape the strategy for mobile engineering, and drive improvements that empower our app teams to innovate and delight customers. You'll also be responsible for team management, technical deliverables, hiring, and project scope management.

• Be the manager for your team, supporting them with their career development through coaching and performance management.
• Engage in technical deliverables, such as features, application monitoring, and bug fixing, while managing hiring and onboarding of new team members.
• Work with Product and Leadership to prioritize high-value projects, own the team’s technical roadmap, and ensure technical projects are prioritized alongside product features.
