Join Trainline, Europe's number one downloaded rail app, as the Head of UX Design. In this leadership role, you will drive the design of new verticals, establish a high experimentation culture, connect the portfolio, and put AI at the core of our work. You will also manage and mentor your team as we scale our mission.

Lead the design of a more connected trip experience for customers, allowing them to complete more of their booking beyond rail with Trainline.
Run a prototyping-and-live-testing cadence that lets the company enter spaces they don’t serve today quickly and cost-consciously.
Surface the threads across New Business bets and the wider strategy, ensuring a coherent Trainline UX rather than a scatter of features.
