Senior Engineering Manager, Supply

• Lead multiple engineering teams and Engineering Managers, supporting growth and development through coaching, feedback, and inclusive leadership practices.
• Define and drive the long-term technical vision for how supply is integrated, managed, and scaled across the Trainline platform, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable operational and business impact.
• Drive the adoption of AI-enabled and agentic workflows across engineering and operational processes, identifying practical opportunities to improve scalability, automation, and efficiency.
